Forwarding on ballons
The Wetland model series from Hohenlohe Special-Purpose Machinery (HSM) has been around for ten years. Several forestry companies and enterprises in Bavaria now recognise the advantages of the narrow bodied harvester and forwarder on wide tyres. In the forest district of Schöngeising near Landsberg, forest manager Johann Prommersberger has been using the HSM 208F machine with 940mm wide tyres for the past two years.
