Fair postponed – the next Les Gognées will be held from 09.06.-11.06.2023.
This competition, unique in the world, gathers about fifteen forestry tractors driven by experienced drivers, evolving in a technical and timed course, the objective being to count the least penalties in a minimum of time over two rounds. Organized every two years in Les Gets, Haute-Savoie, the competition brings together a large number of professionals and enthusiasts of the forestry professions from all over France and neighboring countries (approximately 30,000 spectators in 2015 and 2017).
From competition to discovery
This weekend also allows the public to discover or rediscover all the equipment used for the exploitation of our forests, thanks to a forestry fair composed of about fifty exhibitors, including the world's leading manufacturers of skidders. Several demonstrations will complete the program. The Concours de Débardage Mécanisé de France is now an unmissable event in the forestry industry, where atmosphere and conviviality are the key words!
